The Challenge:
Chapmans Ice Cream wanted to reduce the amount of waste water effluent and reduce the amount of water they were buying from the municipality.
The Solution:
We designed a combination Ultrafiltration and Reverse Osmosis (UF/RO) system to recycle 150gpm of their waste water to be used in their cooling towers. They were able to cut significant cost out of their daily operations while reducing waste to the environment.
